What happens after payment?

You will receive an email with our contact information such as Discord & Email. Once we get in touch we will proceed with the boosting.

Can I play on my account during boost?

Yes it is possible to play on your account but you need to ask the booster or customer support before you decide to log in your account.

What is your refund policy?

If the order has not started, and you decide to give up our service for any reason, we are always ready to do a full refund. If the service already started and a booster has been assigned to your order and you change your mind, you are eligible for a 40% store credit refund.

Can I change the booster?

If you find that our booster is not suitable for you for some reason, please contact our support service and we will help you to replace the booster happily. If there are any problems with the booster, please feel free to let us know.

Can I get banned?

All of our boosters use custom premium vpn to hide the original IP and reduce the chances of getting banned. We have completed over 15,000 boosting orders since 2014 and getting banned is extremely rare.

Can I message my friends during boost?

Of course, you can ask your booster to reply to your friends messages or send messages to your friends. This happens a lot during orders so boosters are well aware of such requests.
